Meet Thea Howell

Thea Howell is a Creativity Coach with a passion for helping creatives to Become Fearless and Fluent  in their work. Her approaches center around creatives being able to live and thrive in their most authentic realities with an emphasis on wellness, and also comfort and sustainability in marketing. With her unique, 1:1 Creativity Coaching, writing and website design services, Thea has directly served more than 100 artists since launching in 2018, and hundreds more through her lecture and workshop programs. She recognizes creatives as individuals, sharing in their mutual desires for comfort, sustainability, and authentic expression. In her 25+ year career, she's produced large and small scale in art directorship roles, and held numerous positions as a teaching artist for leading arts organizations including the North Carolina Museum of Art where she created activities and led public programs for 10 years. As an artist who is well-versed in multiple disciplines including writing, dance, theatre, and the visual arts, her clients include artists from across the United States and Europe. 

Thea is a published writer and recipient of an award from The Academy of American Poets and has exhibited her work in New York and North Carolina where she resides with her husband and daughter.
