STAYING POWER - GROWTH - INCREASED REVENUE
"I knew I had met Thea for a reason. The first time we spoke, she immediately put me at ease. Initially, we worked together on creating my new website. Still, it was shortly thereafter that I joined her Arts Lead Program. As an emerging artist and new entrepreneur, this program has become a guiding force for approaching my work, running my business, and taking care of myself as a creative person. Thea's method isn't one size fits all. Each artist in the program is uniquely different, and she takes the time to get to know every person & their art on a devoted level.
I implicitly trust Thea's opinion and perspective, and I take her feedback to heart. Thea has helped me establish confidence as a newer artist, but not only that, she's helped me build a brand for my thriving art business and helped to cultivate my creativity. Thea brings inspiring insights, a keen perspective on what it means to be authentic, and encourages us to create the work we want to make. I am so grateful to have met her and met the community of artists who participate in Arts Lead. We all bring a unique perspective, and we all openly share ideas, best practices, and more. It's been one of the best investments I've made as a new business owner. "

It's the first step, and often overlooked, for finding comfort and intelligence about your work and a confidence in your expression for the long journey. You'll understand your brand language and ways to improve how you communicate about your work in the most authentic ways possible. This knowledge and awakening even has the power to influence the art you make and the services you provide.

Through careful evaluation and critique of your marketing and promotional content, you'll become a more creative engineer of your social media presence. You'll learn the components of the technology behind the platforms you use, the role of visual literacy and narrative, and the mechanics of writing content with intention to yield more favorable results.
Sales Channels and Revenue Streams: 3, one-on-one sessions
Put your newly improved brand, social media skills, and marketing know-how to good use by developing your sales channels and organizing your revenue streams. You'll get an in-depth look into the actions that position you for sales and uncover opportunities that visual artists have to generate revenue. "It got me thinking about a lot things that I didn’t know existed and didn’t really think about— especially about things like my archetype. They are things that I always tried to cobble together for myself. I really think that making the investment in it made it an accountability for myself. One of the things I really appreciate about the way that you handle it is the amount of flexibility in the way that you approached it- that you let me drive what the goals were."
